Dinosaurs Invade Flamingo Gardens!

Travel back millions of years to prehistoric times when dinosaurs ruled the earth as Flamingo Gardens hosts Guy Darrough’s Lost World of Dinosaurs from May 27 to September 4th.

DINODiscover some of the largest terrestrial creatures that ever lived, nestled among the realistic jungle settings of Flamingo Garden’s botanical gardens. Explore modern day plant and animal descendants. Unearth bones in the Dino Dig, touch real fossils, and see a real fossilized dinosaur egg. This is a journey you won’t want to miss!

Paleontologist Guy Darrough’s dinosaurs are some of the most authentic recreations in the business and are painted by renowned Paleo artist Shane Foulkes, at Lost World Studios in Missouri. Darrough’s exhibit of 27 realistic life-sized dinosaurs has toured botanical gardens across the United States, but this will be the first time the exhibit has been to the South Florida tri-county area.

The exhibit is included with admission to Flamingo Gardens: $19.95 for ages 12+, $12.95 ages 3-11, free for members and ages 2 and under. The exhibit is open 7 days a week, 9:30am to 5pm, and the last tickets are sold at 4:00pm. Wildlife Encounter shows and Narrated Tram Tour included. Guy Darrough is a highly accomplished fossil collector, fossil preparation expert, and illustrator who has worked in paleontology and related areas for 40 years.
